Every Yaris Poster order is carefully prepared to preserve the quality, texture and visual integrity of each artwork throughout its journey.

Unframed prints are shipped flat and never rolled, folded or bent. Each print is protected within a custom-designed Yaris Poster envelope and sealed in a protective sleeve to help safeguard the surface from scratches, dust, moisture and handling during transit.

For additional protection, every package is enclosed within an outer shipping mailer, ensuring that your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition. Orders are delivered sealed, allowing the recipient to be the first to experience the artwork.

When a frame is included, products are shipped in a custom-sized Yaris Poster box. Each frame is individually wrapped and secured with protective corner guards and cushioning materials to help minimise the risk of damage during transportation.

Where possible, paper-based packaging components are sourced from responsibly managed materials. We encourage customers to recycle packaging materials in accordance with local recycling guidelines.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

We work with trusted international delivery partners, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure your artwork arrives safely and efficiently. Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary during public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand. Should any unexpected delays occur, we will keep you informed by email.

Returns & Cancellations

As every Yaris Poster artwork is produced specifically for your order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact our team at help@yarisposter.com. If production has not yet begun, we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@yarisposter.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

To ensure products arrive safely during transit, returned items must be sent in their original Yaris Poster packaging and adequately protected. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund. We recommend taking photographs of the products before shipment as proof of their condition.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
