How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. You can use this information to track your parcel and stay updated on its journey.
If you haven't received your tracking details or need any assistance, our team will be happy to help. Simply get in touch and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Each order is produced on demand and carefully prepared by our team. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on the products selected and current production volume.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're always happy to help.
Why is my order delayed even though I selected Express Production?
Our Express Production service prioritises your order in the production queue and aims to have it ready for dispatch within 2 business days. However, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, courier disruptions or additional quality control requirements.
We understand how important timely delivery is and always do our best to dispatch Express Production orders as quickly as possible. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our team and we'll be happy to provide an update on its status.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products selected and the shipping method chosen at checkout. As each order is produced on demand, production time is required before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We're sorry to hear that. In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages, which means the remaining items could still be on their way.
If you believe an item is missing, please contact our team with your order number and details of the missing product. We'll investigate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our team as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. This will help us assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Once we've reviewed the information, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable. Our goal is to ensure that every artwork arrives safely and meets the quality standards we stand behind.
How does the returns process work?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our team with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions for the return process.
Please note that personalised and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs may also vary depending on the reason for the return.

Are frames and prints sold together?
Our art prints and frames are sold separately, allowing you to choose the combination that best suits your space and personal style.
Each product page clearly indicates whether you're purchasing a print, a frame or both items separately. This flexible approach makes it easy to build a gallery wall or pair your favourite artwork with the frame finish of your choice.

Do you offer mat boards (mounts)?
Yes, selected frame sizes are available with an optional mat board (mount), allowing you to create a more refined and gallery-inspired presentation for your artwork.
Mat boards add visual depth, enhance the overall appearance of a print and help create a balanced, professional finish. Availability may vary depending on the frame size and artwork selected.
You can see the available options directly on the product page before adding an item to your cart. If you need help choosing the right frame and mat board combination, our team will be happy to assist you.
I selected the wrong size. Can I make a change?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the size for you.
Please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and the size you would like to change to. As each print is produced on demand, changes may not be possible once production has started.
If the price changes due to the new size, our team will guide you through the next steps.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address details.
We can usually update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible and delivery will depend on the courier's policies.
To avoid delays, we recommend getting in touch as soon as you become aware of the issue. Our team will do everything possible to help ensure your order reaches the correct destination.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders with trusted international delivery partners, including UPS and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
