9.3 Missed Deliveries

Where delivery requires collection from a designated collection point, customers must collect parcels within the period specified by the courier.

Risk in the products passes to the customer once delivery has been successfully completed to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Any delivery-related issue must be reported within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable when only part of an order is returned.
