1. About Our Production Process

At Yaris Poster, every order is carefully produced, quality checked, and packaged before shipment.

Many of our products are printed to order, allowing us to maintain exceptional print quality while reducing unnecessary waste.


2. Processing Times

Standard Production

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Express Production

Orders placed with our Express Production service are prioritised and dispatched within 2 business days.

Please note that production times do not include transit times once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


3. Delivery Area

Yaris Poster currently delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50.

Orders Under £50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

• Order size
• Weight
• Delivery destination
• Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Tracking information
• Courier details
• Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Courier disruptions
• High seasonal demand

If significant delays occur, we will keep you informed via email.


7. Delivery Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or been dispatched.


8. Packaging

All Yaris Poster products are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Posters and frames may be shipped separately and can arrive on different dates depending on the courier network and fulfilment process.

Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing.


9. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

Our Customer Experience Team will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Once production has started, personalised or made-to-order items may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


11. Returns

For information about returning an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible products.
