RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in their original condition.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned products show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where possible, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage or defect
In these cases, Yaris Poster will cover any reasonable replacement or return shipping costs and will arrange either:
• A replacement item
• A full refund
• An alternative solution where appropriate
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because:
• You changed your mind
• The size was not suitable
• The product did not match your décor preferences
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
5. How to Return an Item
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Yaris Poster cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit where proof of shipment cannot be provided.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow up to:
• 5 business days for us to process the refund
• Additional processing time by your bank or card provider
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
• Personalised prints
• Custom-made artwork
• Products created from customer-supplied images or designs
• Any made-to-order products produced specifically for you
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
